Why a head collar?

A head collar helps prevent pulling and lunging by guiding the dog's head, making walks easier to manage. Unlike traditional collars, which can put strain on a dog's neck, a head collar distributes pressure across the nose and neck, reducing the risk of injury. The head collar provides more control over the dog’s head and attention, making it easier to manage larger or more energetic dogs.

How to use?

The head collar consists of two main loops—one that fits around the back of the dog’s neck and another that goes over the muzzle. The leash attaches to the ring beneath the dog’s chin, allowing the handler to guide the dog's head in the desired direction. When the dog pulls, the head collar gently redirects the dog’s head toward the handler, which naturally discourages pulling.

Be careful and make sure this is a good fit for your dog! Some dogs will continue pulling and can rub their muzzles raw or can hurt their necks.
